Battery Usage
Instructions The battery needs to be charged for about 3 hours to fully charge when completely drained.
The endurance time of the machine depends on the pressure level used during operation. When using charging appliances, it is necessary to use an adapter with an output of 5V–2A (maximum output power at the terminal must be less than 15W) and must meet the requirements of the GB4706.1-2005 standard for charging appliances.
When the S2 series machine runs out of power and a red light appears under the power switch, it needs to be charged. When the machine is fully charged, the green light will be displayed.
During charging, the S5/S6 series will have a flashing light on the screen. When the battery level displays “— —”, charging is complete. For safety, do not start the machine while it is charging.
Safety Notes
1 It is prohibited to use the product with pacemakers, defibrillators, or central venous catheters inserted through peripheral veins.
2 People with acute or chronic infectious diseases, acute high fever that has not subsided, acute osteomyelitis, tuberculosis arthritis, acute abdomen or infectious skin diseases, various ulcers, sores, burns, acute phase injuries, newly fractured bones, or tumors should not use the device.
3 Do not use the product on children under 6 years old. Adolescents aged 6–12 should use it under adult supervision. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
4 People with hemorrhagic diseases such as thrombocytopenia are prohibited from using this device.
5 Do not replace medical treatment with this device. If you experience pain or worsening symptoms, stop use and consult a physician.
6 Before use, confirm that the voltage of the product is consistent with the power outlet, and verify whether the plug is suitable for the socket.
7 It is prohibited to immerse the product in water.
8 Do not send the product for inspection in a risky manner or place it near fire or heat sources.
9 It is prohibited to use non-original Shenyuan cables.
10 Do not intentionally drop or attempt to disassemble the product.
11 It is prohibited to disassemble screws or allow small debris to fall into the machine.
12 If the product is damaged or has abnormal sounds, do not use it.
13 Do not use the product when your hands are wet or near water sources such as bathrooms or kitchens.
14 Do not press or block the massage head forcefully.
15 Do not place the power cord or plug under heavy pressure or bend it excessively.
16 Do not disassemble or repair the plug or charging port without proper authorization. If damaged, stop using it immediately and contact after-sales service.
Maintenance Instructions
When not in use for a long time, maintain a certain battery level, turn off the power switch, and store the product properly.
It can be placed back in the original packaging box in a safe, dry, ventilated, and low-temperature place. When the product is unused for a long period, it is recommended to charge it every six months to prevent damage to the battery due to low power.
For daily maintenance, please use neutral cleaning agents and soft cloths to wipe. Do not use engine oil, organic solvents, or other chemical agents. Do not use bleaching detergents or immerse the product in water.
Before using or cleaning the product, please turn off the power switch. During transportation, the product should be securely fixed to prevent severe vibration, collision, rolling, or falling.
